Empty

"I wanted to explore the word "empty."  It's one of those words we use so easily and with little thought.  Yet when applied to the human condition it becomes an incredibly heavy concept to weigh.  What does it mean to feel empty?  How can I, as an artist, communicate that feeling in a way that forces the viewer to really sink into this experience without being told what they are witnessing?"     -NichoL
